Received his B.A. Degree from Loyola University of Los Angeles in 1973 and his J.D. Degree from Southwestern University in 1976.
Admitted to California State Bar in 1976; U.S. District Court, Southern and Central Districts of California.
Member of Los Angeles County Bar Association; American Bar Association (member Litigation and Criminal Justice sections); Association of Southern California Defense Counsel; Defense Research Institute; American Board of Trial Advocates; Certified, Civil Trial Advocate; National Board of Trial Advocacy.
Serves as an arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association Fee Dispute Resolution Services; Contractor's State Licensing Board, American Arbitration Association and Los Angeles Superior Court. Settlement Officer for Los Angeles Superior Court. Judge Pro-Tem for Los Angeles Superior Court and Municipal Court.
